FRC-COTS: Insert Parts
Browse and drop in real COTS parts — motors, bearings, swerve — in one click
01
Don't Model COTS — Insert It
Commercial off-the-shelf parts already exist as CAD. FRC-COTS is a one-click library.
- Made by Athan Wang, Team 7558
- Browses .f3d parts in a shared cloud project
- Search, folders, favorites, preview icons
- Inserts into your design and auto-creates a rigid joint
02
Set Up The Library (Once)
- Create a Fusion project named FRC_COTS
- Add .f3d parts in folders: Motors/, Bearings/, Gearboxes/…
- FRC-COTS reads everything from that project
